About Angie McCauley

I’ve studied nutrition for over 10 years and continue to learn as the body’s needs evolve. Myjourney into nutrition wasn’t just professional—it was personal.

After struggling with my own digestive issues and being told the only solution was medication and surgery, I chose a different path. I started researching, learning, and applying a nutritional approach—and it completely changed my health.

That experience opened my eyes to something powerful: the body is capable of healing when it’s supported the right way.

Why I Do This

My passion deepened when my daughter was diagnosed with mild to moderate autism at six years old. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I saw a transformation in her ability to function, learn, and thrive.

That experience confirmed what I had already begun to believe: what we put into our bodies directly impacts how we feel, function, and live.

My Approach
I focus on real food, simple structure, and sustainable habits. Every plan is designed around your body and lifestyle—no one-size-fits-all approaches.

To get started on your journey and receive a clean bill of health, we offer a free 30 minute consultation. We will discuss your health issues, medications, and a little history about you. We will determine what plan is best suited for your ultimate health. If you decide this plan is for you, a costumed meal plan will be designed to help heal your body and restore your health. You will see results very quickly and a see a new version of a healthier and confident you.
